Hillsboro Title Company is a full-service title insurance agency that handles both residential and commercial transactions. We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This role plays a key part in supporting our title officers, ensuring the smooth processing of title orders, and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist title officers in maintaining a high level of customer service while processing title orders
· Accurately enter title order details from contracts, lenders, surveyors, and other sources
· Open new title orders and prepare files for searching
· Perform file organization, both manual and electronic filing
· Retrieve, scan, and email documents
· Assist walk-in customers with ordering title search orders
· Update title searches and place back-up documents in title files
· Support title officers and respond to internal requests from closing offices
· Resolve customer inquiries or direct them to the appropriate team members
· Maintain a strong customer service mindset while managing administrative tasks
· Perform other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Strong data entry abilities with high accuracy
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to shifting needs
· Analytical and problem-solving mindset
· A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed
Education & Experience
· High School Diploma
· Title License preferred, but not required
